A treatment adherent respondent is determined by a mean score of 34 and above without rounding off its decimal value. The respondents were generally considered as treatment non-adherent with the computed mean score of 33.81 prior to the intervention while an improvement was noted in the level of treatment adherence of the respondents from the 1st to the 2nd Post intervention with a mean score of 34.81 and 39.07, respectively.
