Through convenience sampling, 98 adolescent males who were involved in the program were surveyed using survey tool adapted from Male Sexual Risk Behavior and HIV/AIDS Survey, FHI Behavior Surveillance Survey Youth Questionnaire and Young Adult Fertility and Sexuality Study (YAFS) 4. Records such as the attendance, module and pre and post activity tests were also examined. The process evaluation result was divided into 5 parts. For the reach, the program has reached 3 communities and has provided life skill education on HIV prevention among 124 aged 14 to 25 year-old males for the first quarter of 2017. The delivery of the activities has a strong fidelity and was positively appraised by the participants, however in terms of knowledge retention, very minimal increases was shown in their pre and post test scores. There was however, positive effect in increasing the awareness and health seeking behavior of youth regarding social hygiene clinics and HIV testing. Among the barriers in the implementation were cultural diversity and language barrier, HIV stigma, mode of recruitment of participant and limited resources.
