The study aimed to identify the factors associated to the utilization of MNCHN health care services among Badjao mothers of children 0-23 months old. There were a total of 140 respondents in this study. The study utilized two data gathering tools: a structured interview questionnaire that discussed the utilization of MNCHN healthcare service utilization and an interview guide among Barangay health midwife and Barangay health worker was also used. Interviews with the healthcare providers in Rio Hondo inferred that the lack of facility and resources had been a barrier for the Badjao women to have facility based delivery in the area. On the other hand, in Maasin wellness center on subject of service availability and accessibility related the problem of distance as constraints for the Badjao women to reach the health center. Among the 140 Badjao mothers, The findings of this study showed that 27 mothers or 19.29% had utilized MNCHN services which was defined as continuum uptake of the respondents to healthcare during their pregnancy period represented by attending with atleast 4 visits of Antenatal care (93, 66.42%), one shot of tetanus immunization during the pregnancy (93, 66.42%), Less than half of sought for assisted delivery from a professional birth attendant (60, 42.85%). During the postpartum period only few (8, 5.71%) went for a postpartum care visit but many had maintained exclusive breast feeding (82, 58.57%). Immunization statuses of the respondents’ youngest child (93, 66.42%) are at par with age. Multiple logistic regression was done. Final model revealed that educational attainment of high school, delivery practice in a government and private hospital is strongly associated with MNCHN health care utilization. Other statistically significant factors associated with MNCHN health care service are educational attainment of elementary level, delivery practice at home, delivery practice at the health center and reaching the facility of more than 30 minutes and reaching the facility of less than 30 minutes.
