Suggestions for the implementation of HIV Testing services in schools were also elicited from 5 participants through Delphi Method, and results showed that the top 3 priority strategies for the implementation of school-based HIV Testing are: 1. The involved agencies such as the City Health Office should be active or visible in social media or print campaigns in order to raise awareness of the availability of HIV Testing services; 2. School-based HIV testing should be offered periodically (i.e annually); 3. A more welcoming and less intimidating venue/atmosphere should be guaranteed while at the same time, maintaining the necessary confidentiality during testing.
