The lack of knowledge and access to information has been viewed as a risk for unintended and early pregnancy among teens in the Municipality of Sergio Osmeña. To address the increasing number of adolescence pregnancy in the municipality a one group pre and post interventional study was done last 2016. This study aims to determine the effect of U4U teen trail education program on the reproductive health knowledge and attitudes of Grade 9 students in Sergio Osmeña National High School, Sergio Osmeña, Zamboanga del Norte. One hundred fifty-five (n= 155) male and female grade 9 students attended a one day intervention. A standard self-administered questionnaire was used to measure the knowledge and attitudes of the students before, immediately and a month after the intervention. From pretest to 1 month after intervention (post 2), the overall results showed an increasing trend of acquisition of knowledge from (31.61%) to (56.13%) and increasing positive attitude from (72.3%) to (87.3%) among participants. In conclusion, the U4U teen trail health education improved the reproductive health knowledge and attitudes of the grade 9 students in Sergio Osmena National High School.
